Operational Data Store (Student Data)

The Operational Data Store is a database that holds a copy of the data stored in Medici and other student systems and is then used by the University’s web applications (student/staff portal) and Cognos BI Reports (BI Hub). By accessing this copy of the data rather than the source systems directly, the load on those systems is reduced.

Access to query this data is available upon completion of a Student Data Access form.
