Sorella is an installation of the PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Currently Sorella is used to manage and track the initial contact with students upon admission along with other campaigns such as our proactive student retention initiatives. Sorella is also used by the Student Engagement Unit (SEU) to record contact with students and ensure ongoing issues are addressed appropriately. Access to Sorella is available upon completion of a Student Information Systems Access form.
