Congratulations and welcome to the UniSA School of Law!
We understand that starting university can be overwhelming, so we want to make the process easier for you. Follow our steps below to begin your Law degree.
If you are commencing your studies in study period 2 or study period 5 you can accept your offer by logging into the 'My Application' page on the SATAC website and following the prompts.
Once you have accepted your offer, UniSA will send you a letter with some important information including your student ID number, username and default password. This information will allow you to enrol into your Law degree.
Law Orientation for study period 2 2019 will be held on Monday 25 February. We strongly encourage you to attend Orientation; it provides you with a great opportunity to meet your future classmates and friends, and to learn some important information about studying Law.

Teaching for Law study period 2 2019 will commence on Monday 4 March. It is vital that you attend your first week of University, this is when all the important information is outlined like expectations, assessments, contact details, study guides, etc.

Now that you have started your Law degree, it is very important that you find a balance between your work, study, and life. We want you to get as much out of your degree as possible, whilst still maintaining a healthy balance of everything else you need in life!
The University of South Australia Law Students Association (USALSA) is the sole representative body for law students at UniSA.
The Association organises and runs academic and social activities, is an advocate for the needs of the student body, operates a variety of exercises and competitions to provide students with practical experience and skill development, and publishes the student-run magazine The Obiter.

Now that you've started your Law degree, you will need to read through the important information that will get you through your university years. This includes material such as study requirements, Academic Integrity and Plagiarism (particularly important for law students when becoming a lawyer), library resources, further study, etc.
