Important information about teaching, exams and grading
The University has confirmed all lectures and tutorials will continue to be taught online for the remainder of Study Period 2. For practicals, studio and laboratory sessions that can’t be delivered online, and where we can do so safely, we will begin face-to-face delivery from this week.

We’ve also implemented some special conditions for Study Period 2 examinations and grading. Exams will be conducted online and students will have a couple of options available to them for their final grades.

More information is contained within the Student FAQs.

Preparing for your assignment
Doing an assignment isn’t a linear process – you might backtrack, take different paths or go around in circles.

Start by: reading the task in detail, to ensure you understand the instructions and begin highlighting key words or themes. Identify the limitations of the assignment including the due date, word count and percentage weighting.

Develop a plan: on how you will approach it or what directions you could take.

Read and take notes: to find sources that are going to be useful for the assignment task.

Write: a draft based on your plan and notes, and revise as many times as needed.

Review and reflect: to ensure your assignment meets the criteria successfully.
For more specific details on a variety of assignments including essays, reflective pieces, reports, case studies or literature reviews, head to the Study Help website.

Volunteer to support those in need during COVID-19
Would you like to help someone who is currently struggling due to COVID-19? Several volunteering opportunities are available to provide support to our most vulnerable community, whether it be providing food relief and essential products to families, or connecting with people experiencing social isolation via letters, artwork, emails, or voice or video chat. Any volunteering hours will also count towards The UniSA+ Award.
