Student Load Forecasting Team

We are responsible for providing high-level strategic policy advice to senior staff across the University through the collection, synthesis and application of student load-related information.

Specific functions include:

• Supporting the corporate planning process
• Providing strategic information services to meet internal requirements for load-related key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Student load forecasting
• Environmental scanning
• Analysis designed to understand the short, medium and long term financial implications of the University's student load

We develop and maintain complex data models that inform the University of past, present and projected student load requirements associated with load and take a leading role in providing student load strategic analysis and consultancy services to senior management, Divisions and Units.
