Excepting UniSA own template agreements (standard contracts located in Contracts Express) terms can vary significantly between contracts. If contracts are not reviewed from an insurance perspective, UniSA may unknowingly be exposed to liabilities or terms that are prejudicial to and the University and our insurers, potentially invalidating our insurance cover.
