Forward Calls & Do Not Disturb & Single Number options through Webex

  1. Click Call settings
  2. Click Open Call preferences
  3. Under Calling scroll down to Self Care Portal and click Set additional preferences for your phones
  4. Click Voicemail to expand the section
  5. Change Number of rings to desired number
    NOTE: 1 ring is roughly the equivalent of 4 seconds in Webex.
  6. Close the Call Settings pop up
    NOTE: There is no Save which needs to be clicked.
  7. Click Save on Webex Options pop up to close it.

  1. Click Call settings
  2. Click Open Call Preference
  3. Click the + at the bottom of Call Forward section
  4. Enter desired number when prompted
    NOTE: Scroll down to Self-Care Portal for additional options for call forwarding:
    • Custom settings can be made from the Self Care Portal.
    • Click the X to close Call Settings pop up
  5. Click Save

Forward all calls:

  1. Click Call settings (bottom left corner)
  2. The pop out menu will allow you to quickly forward your calls to a listed number or Voicemail.
    NOTE: See Call Preferences (above) or the Call Preferences page (including screen shots) for additional options.

Receive calls:

  1. Click Call settings (bottom left corner)
  2. Change dropdown box to Do Not Forward Calls to stop forwarding your calls.

Office Anywhere is a feature allowing you to divert your calls to an alternate phone.

  1. Go to Calling User Portal
  2. Enter your UniSA email address
  3. Click Sign in
  4. Enter your UniSA Cridentials in the UniSA Federation page
  5. Click Sign in
  6. Once the Portal opens select Webex Calling from the top menu.
  7. Select Call Settings from the side menu.
  8. Click the toggle button to activate Office Anywhere.
  9. To add a device, click the Add Another “Location” link.
  10. Enter the information in the respective fields and click the Save button.

You can now begin receiving calls on your configured Anywhere number.

The 'Do not disturb' status can be set from your Webex portal on your workstation.

Note Teams will automatically set to 'do not disturb' during a Teams meeting but Webex calling needs to be manually set.

  1. Open Webex
  2. Click on your profile button in the top corner of the Webex app
  3. click on Availability
  4. Set the duration of the Do not disturb period.

NOTE:

Users should not enable Single Number Reach (referred to as Office Anywhere in the Webex portal) option if their extension is part of a call hunt group. Unfortunately, the system will allow the enabling of this feature, which in turn overrides the call hunt group settings.

  1. Click Call settings
  2. Click Open Call Preference
  3. Click the + under Single Number Reach section
  4. Enter desired Phone number
  5. Enter Description
    NOTE: Active will be ticked by default, untick if not required at this time.
  6. Click Add
  7. Repeat Steps 3 - 6 for required options
  8. Click Save
  9. All calls to the extension will now ring for the original user and any additional Active numbers simultaneously.

NOTE:

Activate Single Number Reach:

  1. Click Call settings (bottom left corner)
  2. The pop out menu will allow you to quickly tick the listed Single Number Reach option(s) you want.
    NOTE: See Single Number Reach (above) or the Single Number Reach page (including screen shots) to add additional options.
  3. A green phone will appear to the right of Call Settings when Single Number Reach is currently Active.

Stop Single Number Reach:

  1. Click Call settings (bottom left corner)
  2. The pop out menu will allow you to quickly untick the listed Single Number Reach option(s).
  3. The green phone will no longer appear to the right of Call Settings when Single Number Reach is Deactivated.
